Meet Our Dentists Lake Ariel, PA

Dr. Bijan Ahmadzadeh has been providing exceptional dental care in the Lake Ariel area for over 14 years. He earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences with a minor in philosophy from the University of Scranton before attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 2010.

Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr. Ahmadzadeh pursues continuing education and has received advanced training in dental implants, bone grafting and BOTOX®/dermal fillers. He is also a proud member of the American Dental Association® and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. His goal as a dentist is to provide excellent, comprehensive care to the community in Lake Ariel and the surrounding areas.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ahmadzadeh enjoys spending quality time with his family. His hobbies include weightlifting, gaming, camping and traveling.

Dr. Scrimalli began providing dental care in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, over 32 years ago. He is a 1980 cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, having received his Bachelor of Science in biology. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry and graduated in 1984.

His memberships include the American Dental Association®, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Scranton District Dental Society, where he serves as the vice-president and president elect. As a member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association, he organized Pennsylvania’s third district advocacy. Dr. Scrimalli is also an advocacy representative for the ADA.

Besides making a living and paying the bills, dentistry has offered him an opportunity to make a positive difference in his patients’ lives. He and his coworkers like to earn their patients’ trust by treating them as they would their own families. Dr. Scrimalli’s motivation is to “always do the right thing.”

His family is also very involved in the health field. His wife, Maria, is a registered dental hygienist, and his daughter, Alex, is a doctor of podiatry in Philadelphia. His son, Chuck, is currently attending college. Dr. Scrimalli enjoys golf and playing music. He is a guitar player for a local band, East Coast Trio.

Dr. Thomas Hart has been practicing dentistry since 2001, with experience in Pittsburgh, PA, from 2001 to 2009 before starting in Northeast Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French from the University of Arizona in 1992 and later graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2001.

Dedicated to providing high-quality care, Dr. Hart continues to expand his expertise through ongoing education, completing 30 credit hours every two years. He has received advanced training in dental implants through the Hiossen Implant Basic Course in 2024 and has studied occlusion at the Dawson Academy in 2008. His goal as a dentist is to help others in a compassionate and comfortable environment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their four children. His hobbies include golf and exercise.

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Clair Hsiao completed her bachelors at Johns Hopkins University before pursuing her dental education at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2024. She is an active member of the American Dental Association® and actively pursues continuing education programs to further her knowledge on techniques and developments in modern dentistry. Dr. Hsiao is passionate about patient education and providing gentle, quality dental care. She strives to work together with her patients to create healthy smiles.

In her spare time, Dr. Hsiao enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, listening to music and drawing.

Dr. Natalie Mikhail is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist who recently relocated to the area in July of 2025. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2024, following her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University.

Dr. Mikhail is committed to continual growth in her field and regularly pursues continuing education every few months to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry. She is also a proud member of the American Dental Association® (ADA), upholding the highest standards of patient care and professional ethics. Her primary goal as a dentist is to make every patient’s experience as comfortable and stress free as possible.

Outside the office, she enjoys a variety of creative and recreational activities including painting, reading, sewing and snowboarding.
